Greg has been in the construction industry since 1987 where he has held numerous technical sales and sales management positions. Most recently he has been the National Sales Manager of LymTal, International, Inc., for the last 18 years. Prior to that he was the business manager of the Hydrozo water repellent business and National Sales Manager for Watson Bowman Acme.

Brian Carey has served as the Building Envelope Product Manager for Carlisle Coatings & Waterproofing for over thirteen years. He has worked in the coatings, sealants and adhesives business since 1994. Carey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts degree in French, both from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Air Barrier Association of America (ABAA) and he holds a Construction Documents Technologist (CDT) certification from the Construction Specifications Institute. Carey has led and worked on many committees in the development of test standards and in new product development. Over the years, he has witnessed the installation of millions of square feet of wall membranes, insulation and flashings.

Ron started with Carlisle SynTec Incorporated in 1982 and has 33 years’ experience in the commercial roofing industry with Carlisle. He earned a Bachelor Degree at The Pennsylvania State University and a Master Degree in Business from Shippensburg University. Ron has been involved in product development for 28 years and has held positions as Product Development Specialist, RV Product Manager, EPDM Product Manager and Product Manager-FleeceBACK Systems. Some notable product developments include Carlisle’s wide array of Pressure-Sensitive accessories, Factory-Applied SecurTape, RUSS perimeter securement, HP Fasteners, HP Purlin Fasteners, SecurEdge Metal Edging, Metal Retrofit Systems, Carlisle-725 Air & Vapor Barrier, Flexible FAST Adhesive and our wide array of FleeceBACK systems. He holds a U.S. patent for Carlisle’s Pressure-Sensitive Pourable Sealer Pockets that are still very popular after 25 years.
He has been married to his wife Sue for 30 years and his outside interest include running, golfing, skiing or biking.

Pete is employed by Carlisle Coatings & Waterproofing and serves as the company’s Waterproofing Product Manager. Pete has worked in Research & Development, Technical Services and Marketing for waterproofing systems for over 20 years for two of the largest specialty building material manufacturers in the world.

John Souders has been with Carlisle SynTec Systems since 1988. In his 29 years with Carlisle he has held various technical positions within the organization. His past duties included Field Service Representative, Technical Manager, and currently he holds the position as Western Regions Supervisor Design Services and Project Review. John is a native of Carlisle, Pennsylvania and currently resides in Colorado providing design services for the western United States.
